Andrea Winarick

Andrea has years of experience as an independent businesswoman and has earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative designation from the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners that meet the stringent educational and practical experience criteria.

Additional real estate industry accomplishments include the Circle of Excellence Award, 2004 and 2005, the Leader's Choice Shining Star, Prudential Fox & Roach President's Club and achieving top producing agent status on a continuous monthly basis.

She has a thorough knowledge of professional casino gaming, having worked in human resources, information systems and training throughout the industry.

She is a member of the Somers Point Business Association and the Route 52 Community Partnership Team. An active volunteer, she donates her time and expertise to a variety of community organizations including local public schools, Shore Memorial Hospital, The ARC and the Women's Resource Center.

A graduate of Penn State University, she was born and raised in the Philadelphia area and lives locally with her family. Her three children attend public school.

Judith Hanlin

Judy spent 25 years as a registered nurse before building a successful career in real estate. The same people skills and attention to detail that made her a compassionate and trusted health care professional have benefited her real estate clients. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson Medical University, Philadelphia.

A native of Atlantic City who loves the seashore, Judy and her husband have made their home at the Jersey Shore for over 25 years. Their five children all attended public school.

She regularly attends Somers Point City Council, Planning and Zoning Board meetings.

She is a member of the Somers Point Foundation for Education, the Somers Point Economic Development Committee, the Somers Point Business Association and serves on the Atlantic City and Atlantic County Board of Realtors Public Relations Committee.
